Using the ClassiPress for a File sharing of sorts

Would it be possible to use Classipress as a file sharing of sorts. So each member would be able to upload files, like research documents, presentation PDFs, and things like that, and then other members could then download those files and search for things that they might need. Once I person started sharing 10 or more files, then they would be charged? I assume their might be some additional code work, but could it work? And what would need to be done? More Plugins?
