Using database for multilanguage site

Hi,

The ads on my CP site will be mostly uploaded by me and not by a lot of different clients. I'd like to have my site in more than one language but that seems impossible. There isn't a plugin that can do that.
Is it possible to have a English version and a Dutch version of CP but have them use the same database? So an ad is uploaded, placed in the database and it will be visible on both sites?
