using illegal characters (punction) in user name

Hello, please help, how could I allow using punction letters (ě č š ř ž ý á í é etc.) in registred user name?

Its ordinary letters in my lenguage, but they are rated as illegal characters by CP.

Or could I allow illegal characters in general?
