Weird String in URL

Hi all,

I have a site running on CP 3.3 and all is going well. However, recently I started noticing a strange string of letters that appear after all URLs. It is a random bunch of letters each time, but always begins witha hash (#) and period (.), followed by letters...

You will notice the URL is clean on the home page (initially). However, click on any page and/or ad throughout the website, and you will notice a string generates at the end of each URL after the page loads - e.g. www.mylink.com/ads/page2/#.UkuBDhBmOoU

Does anyone have any idea what this might be?? As I can't seem to find it in any of the files. Any help is appreciated and needed, please.
