    Where to add SEO title, description?

    Where do we add seo title, description? I ask because I do not see a Home "page" in PAGES.

    I am using SEO Yoast plugin but I still need to add this meta data to the home page somewhere.

    We have a blog and Google picked up an article for the search terms but not the home page.
