WHo can get this Customization done for me?

I need this kind of customizaation on my theme.

1. An Image rollover/mouseover (Town MAP) where by list of State is Displayed side by side with the MAp of the

particular Country(states)..So that a user can click on the particular Listed state Link or On the ROllOver Map

position of the same state which inturn takes him to from Any of All categories that has a listing from that state.



ANd Also,


WHen a Category is clicked it should show the the different state and the number of posted items. Then Below will

be TOTAL ITEMS OF THE CATEGORY DISPLAYED OnE BY ONE FROM ALL THE STATE UNDER THAT CATEGORY
