why no commication with customers? the support is woefull at best?
So here we go, I bought classipress being new to word press for me classipress let me down quite badly since purchase and until present day.
2 quick examples, I set about modifying my site which I achieved 95% unfortunately I can’t update my class press or word press as I didn't create a child theme, its baggers belief that a child theme being such an important thing is not pointed out in big red flashing letters on purchase of the theme, maybe classipress thinks every one that purchases classipress is a word press guru? If that is the case why is there no warning it’s not for beginners? Either way you let me down.
once again being new to word press and the above can you imagine my delight when I realise that my wonderful word press updated by itself , only to find that now the add listing categories does not work , press post add and no drop down menus. I set about looking into this and the only answer to the plenty of posts with same issue is to update to 3.4.1, not even a sticky for such a problem is just ridiculous and no answer for the exact the problem is even more pathetic.
my outcome , classipress could be great but lacks many features a newbie would think would be standard, no dedicated support which is at best appalling, users helping users does not constitute support , the amount of posts that go un answered by any one is for me quite alarming.
and while I’m on here ill say that this 3.5 update sums up app themes , due over 5 weeks or so ago and still not a single word on what it will entail if any new features at all. Posts asking for help and info go unanswered all the time, typical classipress outcome no support or communication to its customers.
my outcome and belief is that app theme is a money cow , no support offered , it feels to me as a customer it is run from a 15yr olds bedroom by himself to ride a wave as long as possible. It’s quite shocking and disgusting to be honest once you have our money we can all go f**k spiders.
