Will this program allow me to customize it to be a Profile type site?

I have a website built for truck drivers to show off their trucks and have a place to list their truck equipment so our other employees can get a kind of profile on the driver..Does App Themes have something that will allow them to sign up and build a pre defined page with pictures and pre defined details I format in? Hard to really explain this but the current site was built in a web program that constantly malfunctions and is not tablet or mobile friendly..http://www.bcosite.com..look and you will understand what I am trying to achieve..If App Themes does have something, would I be able to keep their same page URL's? They are all specific to the driver..Hopefully one of the techs at app themes sees this and can let me know what options I have..The current site has to go....Way too much work to maintain...Thanks
