"You have exceeded your 100 mb limit" ???

Why would I be getting a message "You have exceeded your 100 mb limit" when trying to upload photos to an ad? I have increased the file size settings, I only have 4 ads on my site, each with 1 photo. My hosting account allows me to host up to 100 websites, and I only have 4 on the account...so I can't imagine it has anything to do with number of sites or traffic/users as I am the only one using the site right now....what's this about? it won't let me upload anymore photos for anymore ads. Thx!
