attach C.V. resume? - pdf, doc

Greetings,

Purchased classipress today. Very cool.
We have an essential need however.

Users must be able to upload a resume / C.V file as part of filing out the post classified form.
This file should then be as a downloadable attachment on the blog entry.

Can anyone suggest how this may be done?
Is there a plugin that might do the trick, if Classipress doesn't have this capability?

Yes, I read that thread and posted there previously.
I've added the other doc types to the safe upload list as suggested, however the system doesn't work due to the thumbnail image generation and the lightbox.

What I'm really looking for is an option to add a general file upload form field in addition to the image upload.
The uploaded file would produce a simple download icon (or a doc type icon would be even cooler) which would appear within the ad, and on click the file would simply open/download - not inside a lightbox.

I too think this would be great and would like to upload pdfs. Please can someone help?

Sounds like you need more of a job application system which isn't exactly what CP is designed for. There are a couple ways around it though. I would have them paste in their resume in the ad text box or put a note on there stating they must email you their resume.

I'm not sure on how you would do this, but could you not have another upload section, like that used to upload the images?
