    Author role can modify sticky status

    I'm trying to use the Featured ad (sticky) and trying to charge people for this service. It appears to me that if a user has the role of Author they can turn sticky on and off for their ads. Any way to make it so only the editor and admin can change sticky status? I need users to come in as Author so they can review and edit all of their ads.

    Using either the User Permissions plugin or Role Manager plugin should give you the ability to restrict this.
