Can a registered user delete thier adds

Hello,
How do you set it up so a person who posts an add, can also go in and delete thier add?
Is there an easy way? What role should they be set to?

If a person registers after they post an add, can they still go edit or delete their adds?

Registered users are provided with a dashboard where they can edit or pause their ad.

I created a new user, It says you will get a password in the email.
The password never comes? Is that a manual thing or is there a setting?

If a user put an add up before registering, is there a way for them to edit previous ads
that are posted without being registered?

Only registered users can post/submit an ad.

Is it possible to have a password automatically emailed to the new person who registers?

It works just like a standard wordpress registration where login information is sent through email.

But it is not automatic, once they hit the create new account? Does it?

Yes, when a user registers, they are sent their password automatically. If your new users aren't receiving their e-mails then you may want to check with your host. This thread here may be of use to you:
