I cannot see wysiwug editor

Hi,
I recently purchased (2.9.3) version of classipress, The features lists says that it has wysiwyg editor for ad-form.
From Classipress>>Settings>>Allow HTML Code>> Yes.
I deleted cache, still i cannot see it? Does it require to install any plugin , Please let me know if there is any tutorial to configure it.

I am not sure whether this feature is updated or not in 2.9.3, but the author says so in the following URL.

I personally haven't had a chance to update to 2.9.3, so can't confirm - although there doesn't appear to be any mention of it in the changelog http://wpclassipress.com/changelog.txt.
