Classipress Template

Hi,

I'd like to change the classipress template to include:
1. My banner from my web site -- which I am linking the classifieds to.
2. Change the colours to go with.
3. Change the bosy of the front page to kind of resemble Kijiji...categories and subcategories.
example
Buy and Sell
books
cd's
clothes
electronics
etc...

Hi Tiffany, you'll have to go into the template code and add your banner code in the header.php template file. The colors are a bit more tricky since they are images and css so I'd recommend finding someone with developer knowledge to help you with that.

We will hopefully have a template similar to the kijiji layout in the future. Not that pretty but it's quite functional.

Kijiji.com has some good features some of which will make it into later versions of classipress. Design-wise, it's not very appealing so we're going to keep with the Classipress look and feel. Actually got some new designs in the works for some new themes which will give people additional layout options to choose from.

I am also looking for Kijiji & OLX type of homepage and automatic sidebar category listings.
