    description css

    When I try to change the description font size in the css, nothing happens (.description ).

    I want to change the:

    1. Amount of words in the description ( or being able to get rid of them altogether )
    2. The size of the description words.

    How do I go about doing this?

    You need to change code of the theme that you are using.

    Re: description css

    I changed the .description in both the red.css and default.css
    .description -----> font-size
    I even did it as .description {font-size} and .description p{font-size}

    It didn't work. Maybe I wrote them wrong but is this the parameter?

    Also, how do I shorten the amount of words in the description?

    The description on what page? The home page or the actual ad page?

    The description on any of the listing pages. So yes the homepage, but as well any page that lists the posts.

    Re: description css

    You'll want to edit the .product class in the css file. Add a font-sizex; and that should do it.

    Ok thanks!

    Also, how do I go about changing the amount of words in the description? I seen it in the forum but haven't been able to find it.

    Re: description css

    So you want to show more or less words on the home page for the description? Edit index.php and look for the description section. There's a function with a numeric parameter which you can increase or decrease to affect the length.
