Direct user to ad posting form

I'd like to link a picture to direct a user to the ad posting form once he clicks it.

I've done this in the old version but I think the code has changed. Any idea how to do this? Thanks.

The code should be the same for how you did it before. You basically just need to make the form div visible on click.
