Displaying a message when categories are empty

    Hello

Does anyone have any ideas how to display a message when a category is still empty? (for example "no posts yet check back soon")
The message should then disappear once someone has posted a showcase in that category.

I know a little bit of php is needed here but my skills don't stretch that far. If anyone could help that would be amazing - thanks in advance.

Wordpress should already have this built in. If its not working for you try asking this question on the wordpress.org support forums.
Eric is best known in the forum for his in depth tutorials. He started in design 4 years ago and then discovered WordPress and has been coding and hacking themes and plugins ever since. He's quite helpful if you have any questions for him in the forum. Eric also makes his own WordPress themes and plugins and provides ClassiPress consulting on the side.
