featured ad

i have a problem.
when somebody post a featured ad the ad sticks on top. the problem is that i want the ad to stick just in the category not on front page(latest ads).
what can i do ?

update: i see that the featured ad sticks on first place just in the latest post listing and in the category listing is going down. what should I modify to change reverse. I mean the feature ad must stick on the first place in its category and on the front page(latest listings) should go down if a normal ad is posted.

p.s. i tried the plugin but i need an automated solution.

bump..no one can help? also another problem on the front page i have 2 featured ad and the first is the oldest one..not the newest..
