I think what would be a great evolution to the process is the allowance of multiple forms whereby different fields can be used. From here, people can make the listing free on one form, and not free on another. Other things like email filter, registered users, or other options can make it so certain people can get free ads, and not just based on categories.
I would like to see this as well. Great work as it is already.
