Hi, I have the following problem:
After insert Adsense cod in Header Ad Spot (468x60) without (Disable Ad Spot)
advertising does not appear (does not appear anything)
In Single Post Ad Spot (336x280),it is oK
Please can someone make this post sticky it is a good answer and question.
I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?

Some affiliate networks like CJ use a redirect that I have trouble with sometimes. Is you paste the banner image to your browser's address box and see where it redirects, then use that address instead of the original one they gave, it may work better.
FWIW, I always copy them and host the banners my self so I don't have issues when they change out banners.
