    How do I prevent ad editing once posted?

    I want to set up a free classifieds site and have noticed that when you post an ad (with login/registration option disabled) and go to view it afterwards, the Edit ad link appears. If you click on it, you get to the Wordpress Admin panel and have unlimited access to everything in the back-office!

    Am I overlooking something here? I'm sure I am and am helpful for any hint, because thinking that ClassiPress has a bug that big would simply be disappointing.

    You see the edit link because you are probably already logged in as admin. ClassiPress uses WordPress users and permissions so whatever you set within WordPress is what ClassiPress inherits. Try logging completely out of your WordPress and then you won't see the edit links anymore.
