How do you add a blank section above your listings?

Hello, I've seen a lot of classipress websites with these sections above their listings in which they place information about there site.

Here's an example:
http://realestate.cebulive.com/

How do you do this, I can't seem to figure it out. Sorry for being a n00b!

Install firebug in firefox. This will really help you see where to place it in the code
