I'm past just being upset with no support here

When I bought this theme, I honestly thought that if I had questions/problems I would be able to get the answers here. I have tried for over a week to get someone to help me to no avail. I would never have bought it if I knew I would not get help. Live and learn and lose money along the way...

I don't think I would recommend this theme to anyone due to lack of support. The theme is great though.

Hi!

I am not affiliated to owner but all these kind of themes / scripts need a previous knowledge about hosting, peermissions, domains, wordpress, plugins and so on. A full classipress instalation (like sites in my signature) works with lots of plugins. You need to configure everything correctly and be ready to overcome some issues.

As you can imagine for $50 bucks you cant get personal support to develop your site. I know that is a frustrating to spend money after reading a sales letter where everything is beautiful and discover that is not so beautiful.

Live and learn is correct. My advice is to focus on what you are doing right now before you jump to another theme or CMS.

Thank you both for the reply. I have to admit I was just really frustrated when I posted this as I had been working on it non-stop for a week. I am taking a break for a day or so. I do have some questions about some other things I will ask in a few days. I did finally get the background to show up correctly and fixed the space issue in the header.

I have read everything I can get my hands on to learn this and have not given up on this theme yet I quickly learned a person must know CSS, which I plan to be a top priority in my book.

Glad to hear it cwalder. I want to make sure whomever buys ClassiPress gets their site up and running successfully. But like Antonio said, support does not include personal development for your site.

It definitely helps having some knowledge and experience with css, html, and WordPress prior to buying this theme to save with some frustrations.
