Issues when visitor is using WebTV to browse

I got an email today that someone registered for my site but the was not able to get her ad posted

This person suggested that her use of "WebTV" instead of a regular PC could be the cause.

I have no experience with WebTV and Im not aware of how to test if my site works when viewed with WebTV.

Does anyone know if a classipress site has issues when posting ads through WebTV, and how to test and resolve it?

Its going to be hard to fix this because not many people have webtv. It would might just be easier to sk the user to use a pc that the site dont support webtv. Just not enough people use it. Same thing with IE 1-5, FF 1-2, and all the other old browser, you could make a site to work with these but whats the point.

I had her email me the details and I published the ad for her. She was then able to edit her ad from her dashboard.

Anyone know of a way for me to setup a webtv test environment to actually find out if this was the issue?

A classifieds site is a very basic utility and it should cater to as many browser setups as is reasonable (without sacrificing essential functionality), if not during development, then atleast upon presentation of potential browser incompatabilities from users of sites in the wild.
