Mouse Pointer Hand Problem I.E.

I have noticed the disappearing mouse pointer hand problem while using I.E. is fixed with the current 2.9.3 ClassiPress version.

My question is how was it fixed because I am still using the 2.9.2 version and have done so many changes to the code that it is not worth it to me to update to the 2.9.3.

The only thing not working the way I want it to is the disappearing mouse pointer hand when I hover over a listing while using I.E.

Can some tell me what code I need to add and where to fix this in version 2.9.2 of ClassiPress.

There is some info in the changelog regarding this which may point you in the right direction..

fixed IE hover issue now showing hand icon on home page ads. (master.css line 91 added cursor: hand
