New User: Need Banner info

Could someone tell me how to add a banner I made? An example: http://pets.easytrade123.com.
What files do I need to change? Thanks so much in advance.

Could someone please just point me in the right direction. I can do google searches to see if I can find answers. Do I just treat this as a wordpress modification and search for that? Thanks.

Yup, you need a basic knowledge of php and css and wordpress in general or you can just simply ask the owner of the site you have mentioned to guide you through.

Thank you so much for answering. I was beginning to believe I was not going to get any help

I have knowledge of html and some wordpress, but not php. I will contact this site owner and see if they would be willing to give me some pointers. I can usually figure things out for myself and google is my best friend, but this problem had me stumped. I wasn't sure which files would need to be changed in order for it to display.

Again...I really appreciate the reply.

I didn't see a contact button on their blog

I am ready to scream..lol. Two days on one stupid, probably very simple problem.

At this point I am ready to pay someone to email me at cwalder@hughes.net and help me get this banner up. Anyone game? Thanks in advance.

Actually I should have said header, not banner. Goes to show you I'm a newbie...sorry.

One thing I have discovered and would be worth mentioning would be that if you installed the WP Super Cache plugin, do not activate it until you are through doing your modifications. This plugin can cause some problems as in my case.
