If the category is free and not featured, it will automatically get published. Included in the 2.9.1 release tonight.
But we will still be able to have the option for a free ad to go to draft correct? Thats how my entire classifieds site is set up all categories are free but they have the option to pay to have a featured. I moderate all my posts before they go live.
Yes, this only applies to those using the price per category option. If you aren't charging to list ads on your site, the draft/publish option will still work as designed.
