Plugins? Core WP functions?

I know CP does not require plugins but does it play well with most plugins?

Also, how closely does CP interact with the default nature of wordpress (core WP features)? For example, is a listing basically just a post?

What happens I wrote a WP page? Would it actually appear anywhere?

Can you give us access to the admin panel so we can see behind the scenes?
