My Site Was Hacked Was Yours?

Just an FYI, I was checking my site today and I noticed in the footer where it says:

Theme by: ClassiPress
Powered by: WordPress

was hacked by someone other than me and changed to:

Theme by: getwebsoft
Powered by: WordPress

I switched it back, but find it disturbing that someone was inside my dashboard and able to change my themes code.

Any security measures other than changing my password to something much stronger which I did already?

I am the only one with any access to my account so it had to be an outside person hacking and changing the code.

Do you allow registrations on your site?

Check the role manager and hide dashboard plugins .

Also make sure you've upgraded to the latest version of WordPress. Check your user permissions and see if there are any other admins besides you.
