I've looked everywhere to change the text between thes yellow lines, starting with: "Uw advertentie...." on the ad page. I want to change the text and the English "Day's into the dutch language. But i can't seem to findout where to do this. HELP !!

It's a plugin called Old Post Notifier that can bemanaged fom the settings.
The date format is %old_date% that publishes the number of days since the the ad was published.

I guess you need to edit the core of that plugin. Have you bothered asking the owner of that plugin for support, perhaps he or she can assist you with the translation.
