Uppgrade top version 3.0.2 from 2.9.1 direct?
Can and should i upgrade directly from 3.0.2 from my old version or do i have to go back to 3.0 first?

I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?

Yes you should go ahead and install the latest release 3.0.2. It's not necessary to have 3.0 or 3.0.1 installed first. http://appthemes.com/support/docs/classipress/
