As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Infinite scroll not working properly with Flatron + ad grid mode
Hi,

I have just purchased Infinite scroll and installed in my Classipress + Flatron site.
I have the grid ads mode by default. I asked explicitly about the functionality with this mode and you aswered that I should work properly, but I tried and not.
In the main page, it doesn't load more ads. When I click in Load more ads link, it goes to the second page. Here it seems that the plugin gets activated, but the ads (squares in grid mode) get load in a column, not in a grid. I attach an image
