Hey,
Let me just say this theme is really great.

Im currently only able to get online at work, and am waiting on high speed at home to work on my classipress site.
Im reading everything i can get my hands on in this forum, and have a tutorial suggestion...

Suggestion

Could someone kindly post a tutorial as to how to use all of the classipress theme features but how to integrate them into a fully customized theme.

They really are nice customizations, and it would be great to have a tutorial, or to be pointed in the right direction as to how to edit this great theme to suit the needs of its users.

The first site you pint to is not a theme with classipress features but just the classipress theme itself. The second link is also just the classipress theme. Taking the classipress function and setting it in another theme is possible but to be honest a tutorial would be massive and on a very advanced level. i fear that posting such a tutorial would just open far more questions than what it would actually answer. Im not telling you, or anyone to hire me, but the best thing is to probably hire a developer to do the work for you.

Thats understandable.
I would like to modify the theme to the extent where it would look somewhat similar to one of those, obviously with my own slant on things. But am interested in general theme development. How would you suggest I learn how to do this? I have knowledge of CSS using dreamweaver, and things have began sinking in on the PHP front in the past 6 months, so if there's a good article to read or something like that, then id love to see it.

Thats a good link to start with, however the php doesn't really need to come untill after you got the design laid out. Its hard for me to tell poeple how to start, I started 5 years ago making myspace layouts, and it grew and grew. I ended up having one of the most popular wordpress theme and plugin sites on the web which i just sold. What i would try is just hot google up with some questions and see what answers come up, since this is what i usually do when i cant seem to do something.
