Icon Position V2

Hi Roidayan,

Had to reopen this thread given the previous one was resolved:

It seems hard to control the position of the icon using just CSS, for instance, in my case, it doesn't make sense to place the icon below the content (loop-ad or single-ad), yet I would like it to appear near the user name + city + verified icon in the loop-ad and in the top corner of the ad title in the single-ad page or maybe in the user profile widget.

I understand that not everyone is looking for the same results, but I'm sure there is a way to manually place the icon by tweaking the core files using php code or a hook or something?
