As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

ClassiSky 1.4 and ClassiPress 3.5.1 + WordPress 4.3.1 compatibility - Passwords
The ClassSky theme doesn't seem to be compatible with the new ClassiPress 3.5.1 release and WordPress 4.3.1.

Specifically with the new better passwords implementation. There is an extra passwordbox being displayed in the User Dashboard area.

ClassPress 3.5.1 has modified the password system to display only 1 password box due to the new password system used by WordPress 4.3.

Can you please confirm that ClassiSky 1.4 is not compatible with CP 3.5.1 and WP 4.3.1?

Will there be a new compatible version of ClassiSky released soon?
