Can 'stores' be disabled? Is there some code to remove the 'success' option?

Hi,

I wanted to use clipper as a way of local business owners adding coupons and specials, but, is there a way to take out the stores options or allow a local business to add a store of their own to manage listings in? Apologies if I missed this some where!

Also, is there some code to add to styles sheet perhaps to remove the 'success rating' option please?
