    Coupon Child Categories (subcategories)

    What I am trying to include is this:

    I have a main category > subcategory 1 > subcategory 2

    Example: Apparel & Accessories > Clothing > Pants

    However, with the default template only the main category appears. Is there a way to change the appearance so all Cats and Sub-Cats appear? How do sub-cats affect coupon csv upload?
