    Developing Child Theme with Bootstrap

    Hi,

    I want to develop a child theme for clipper using Bootstrap Framework. Before starting I have some questions to ask here.

    1. Really Clipper supports Bootstrap Framework or not.
    2. It is good or bad to using bootstrap.

    Please suggest some Ideas to develop a great looking theme. And Post Best features to include in the child theme
