Error in Blog Categories

I have started a blog in my clipper theme used website - http://www.27coupons.com/supersavers/.

When the number of post exceeds the number of blog posts per page, it throws up an pagination error.

In the existing situation the number of blog posts that can be seen is 3 - http://www.27coupons.com/supersavers/.

I am posting the screenshots when it was changed to 2 and the consequent errors.

Any help from anyone would be welcome. I need to resolve this since I am getting very good response with 1 day for these blog posts.
