Group listing on home page by Store - Need Help

Hello,

At my site http://couponfordiscount.net/ some feeds publish several promos from one Store.
So I get several coupons from the same store on the home page.
I would like to change query on home page (loop-coupon.php) to group by Store name, in order to display not more then one offer from each store.

I have trying to use query_posts function and posts_groupby filter, but I'm not sure can it be used as stores are not part of posts table.

Can you please help me.
