Someone who has patient to teach this beginner.., how to change the size, font, etc..

I am making this website in Japanese and I want to know where I could change the font and font sizes on many positions.

If someone could tell me in which file, around where I would be able to find these words that I want to replace, it would be greatly greatly appreciated...

I only know a little of HTML and know none about CSS,

For example, What I want to be able to change;
Lettering in the top search box where it says "Search for coupon code"
"Featured Coupon"
"There are currently -- active coupons"
The size of the coupon title... it's too big

Then, Also, I want to add something below the Search box on top, next to the Logo, is there any way to utilize this empty prime space without shrinking the logo? I would like to put a brief introduction of my website... what my website is about, hopefully I want to be able to add another banner...?

One more thing, how to change the copy write on the bottom??
