Space in my clipper destination url that gets stripped away

I need some help please.

I have a space in my clipper destination url that gets stripped away and ends up with page not found, when I manually add this (%20) in place of a space it is happy, I tried to help my self a lot by reading the forum & experimenting with both these files theme-links.php & pluggable.php but to no avail.

Please help I want it not to strip away the space in the url.
