User Shortcodes not working

I want to track which user has clicked on the affiliate link, for this i had installed user shortcode plugin and added [currentuser_id] shortcode to the destination url like - http://www.amazon.com/?tag=20-ebt&sid=[currentuser_id] but when clicking on the link it will going directly to this url http://www.amazon.com/?tag=20-ebt&sid=currentuser_id not appending the current user id, but in the coupon content it adding the current user id. Please solve this issue
