Vote Function - Move Coupon To Unreliable Section After 3 Votes

First of all, I would like to thank the entire development and support team at appthemes for creating and supporting this theme as it has given affiliates like myself an opportunity to break into the coupon niche at a much lower cost.

My developer is having a bit of a hard time right now to change the voting function.

Currently if a coupon is voted down > it goes straight to Unpopular section (even after just one vote)

I need the coupon to be moved to expired/unpopular section only if there are more than 3 votes and the success is less than 50%

3 Votes and under 50% success > move to expired/unpopular section

Please let me know how to implement this. Thanks.
