As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

How to translating for Childtheme ?
hi,

I want to translating for this childtheme to Vietnamese. I also see and read the way to translate Classipress master themes on forum, but I still must to ask: this childthemes can use translated .MO files of Classipress (no have any differences) or I must translating for this childtheme separatly (if that, where can I download .PO file of this childtheme) ?

Hope got your feedback soon because I now doing urgent proj.
