As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hi is the CJ and Linkshare Plugins compatible with WP4.0 and Clipper 1.5.1 can I go ahead and upgrade and not worry about compatibility problems?

Also do you know how and where I can write a block robots.txt code so the google bots do not crawl these plugins and penalize my SEO ranking for the automated content of these plugins? Lastly do you plan to make any more plugins for shareasale or other affiliates? Thanks!
