Import Issue

I downloaded & installed, but unfortunately nothing is being working-out for me. As all the required field have been filled .i.e. developer key, website id and so on.

But while coming to Categories Relations, I could very well see the numbers of categories name, while scrolling to select any there are no options, same with the Stores Relations as only few store name I could found on that page.(even after selecting not joined option in general)

Pls help as its been more then 2days now no cron activity I could see.
