*** New Marketplace Support Model ***

As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

"Store Relationship" Not Saving on Commission Junction Publisher Plugin
I am using Commission Junction Publisher Plugin ver 1.4 (Clipper v1.6.4) and noticed recently that the store relationships were off, so have tried to correct it but my changes won't save. "Store Relationship" is not working and saving, please assist. All other plugins like for ShareASale and LinkShare are working fine and saving correctly. Is there a new version available for CJ? or this is a new bug?
