*** New Marketplace Support Model ***

As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Addon not included in Ad Package yet available as option on checkout
Not sure if it's normal to display an Addon when the Ad package does not include it, in this example, the website has only 1 Addon activated and it's the Bump addon (All other Addons are in Draft mode)

Here's the Ad package, which does not include any Addon

Here's the Bump Addon (I left duration to blank, is that why it shows up on the Checkout page as available?)

Yet, on the Ad Listing, the Bump addon is made available to purchase with the Ad package

If the Ad package is set to 30 days, and the Addon is a Bump every 30 days, this Bump Addon should not be available with that Ad Package, right?
