As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

CP Addon-Widget disappears after theme update
Hi,

Issue after theme update: I found out that after I updated the theme, all the add-on featured listing widgets no longer existed in the previous platforms such as sidebars, single listings sidebars,etc. So, I had to re-add the Addon featured listing widgets and setup the settings. However, I do not see that behavior in other widgets.

Question on "bump ad": In what kind of ads listing section (such as latest listings? featured listings? or specific ad-categories?) does the plugin bump ads?
